Acceptance of Terms By accessing, registering, or purchasing services on this platform to post cruise line job opportunities or maritime training modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. 2. Services Provided We provide an online platform for maritime employers, recruiters, and training providers to publish campaigns. Users may choose between a Pay-As-You-Go (Basic) plan for individual campaigns, or Monthly and Annual subscription plans for unlimited postings. 3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information in your job and training postings. All campaigns must be directly related to the cruise line, maritime, or offshore industries. We reserve the right to remove any postings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate applicable labor laws. 4. Payment and Billing Pay-Per-Campaign: Fees are charged at the time of publishing a new job or training campaign. Subscriptions: Monthly and Annual plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing valid payment information. 5. Strict No Refund Policy All purchases made on the platform are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following: No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused campaign slots, or canceled subscriptions. Early Success or Cancellation: If you successfully hire a candidate quickly, or choose to unpublish a training module before your 30-day campaign expires, no partial or full refunds will be issued for the remaining time. Accidental Purchases: We cannot issue refunds for campaigns or subscriptions purchased by mistake. Account Termination: If your account or specific postings are suspended or terminated by our administrators due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions (such as posting inappropriate or fraudulent content), you will not receive a refund for any active campaigns or remaining subscription time. 6. Limitation of Liability The platform acts solely as a venue for publishing job and training campaigns. We do not guarantee candidate quality, interview rates, hiring success, or training enrollment numbers. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform. 7. Modifications to the Service and Prices We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. Prices for all plans and campaigns are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us.
